Change of plans! Kind of.....

So I wasnt expecting to get my dress until April.  Well they called me the other day and it is in!  Woot woot!  After we get back from our trip this weekend I am going to go try it on one last time and make sure I dont need alterations and then I am going to take it home! 
WhiCh MeaNS!!!  TIME FOR PICTURES!!! 
So excited that I am going to be able to do winter bridals like I wanted.  Everything is falling into place just how its supposed to!  So exciting! 

The ONE!!

It happened!  I bought a dress!  It is different than I ever thought I would want but I fell in love.  After going back the 2nd time to try it on again I cried!  It is the one!
Its beautiful and its going to be beautiful in our location and where I want to take pictures!  I am so excited for pictures and the location and everything else that is coming right along!
We went and looked at the location tonight and figured a bunch out!  We could get married in a month if we wanted!  It will be planned and ready to go.  Well...other than the dress.  They had to order the size and color I wanted so it wont even be in the country until the end of April!!!
YAY!  I am so excited.  Going to be the most beautiful day of my life!

We are on a Mission!

295 days to go! 
We set out on our mission Wednesday night for THE DRESS!!! 
Found 2 that I liked but I wasnt ready to spend as much as they wanted and just wasnt in love.  So we are going back out tonight and then possibly tomorrow.
I sure hope that Megan and Tracy know what they have gotten themselves into!  Haha
I think we all had fun Wednesday but I know what I want and I wont stop until I find it!  Both looks and price! 
So wish me luck (and Megan and Tracy too)!!! 
I know its possible!  And thank goodness I have 295 more days to go so I dont have to rush into a decision!

Looking forward to 2012!  Thinking its going to be the best yet! 
So much to look forward and of course the biggest event of my life! 
I GET TO MARRY MY BEST FRIEND IN 299 DAYS!  haha
For the first week of the year I am going to celebrate by going dress shopping! 
Wish me luck!  Hopefully I fall in love the first day so I can get it purchased and start taking pictures in it so I can capture all the seasons in my beautiful dress!

DATE.....

We have finally set a date!  I say finally cause I had 4 dates picked out and since I think its pretty important for my dad to be able to walk me down the isle I had to figure out what dates fell on hunting weekends.  Unfortunately all of them did but 1 of them still is going to work thanks to my awesome future Sister In Law Carrie for giving up 1 day of her hunt!  Haha I only laugh cause my biggest concern with picking a date was hunting....my dad should be so proud!

Its on!!!

I decided to start a blog for the wedding and the rest of our life together!!!

November 18, 2011 Trav proposed!!!
We were having dinner at Maddox for his grandparents 65th Wedding Anniversary!  His whole family was there and it was a surpise for everyone but Megan!  haha She was in on the sneaky little plan with him! 
I obviously said YES! 
Now I get to plan the wedding of my dreams to marry by best friend!  I have never been so excited!!! 
Lucky for all of you I am starting this blog so you can stay up to date with the wedding plans and our life!
